What does it mean if Profida is a SaaS solution?

Software as a service means we provide Profida software to you by means of a user license agreement. It is provided fully on the web and is managed by us. This means that we centralise all functionality updates and upgrades.

How much does a license cost?

  • £150 per month for up to 4 licenses.
  • For large groups we provide individual costing

Do I have to sign a contract for a certain amount of time?

No, there are no contracts to commit to. You pay for Profida every month and you can leave whenever you want to (although we would rather you stay)

Are the license costs guaranteed for any amount of time?

Yes, the license fees are fixed for the first year. After that we endeavour to only ever increase year on year by inflation if necessary.

Can I always have access to my data?

Yes, your data belongs to you. We offer a service that means you can request all your data at any point. There is a small charge to deliver it securely to you. If you leave Profida we provide you a copy of your data for free.

How much does it cost for data migration?

We do not provide a fixed rate for data migration. We will work with you to assess your current data format and suggest a migration path to you.

Can I customise Profida?

Yes, absolutely. When we set up Profida for you we will provide you with a customised version displaying your logo and branding.

Can I continue to use Outlook as my email client?

Yes, Profida provides you with functionality to integrate all client emails so that you can track all correspondence from within Profida.
